Here, river water and seawater interchange, creating a tidal ecosystem. Having been restricted from public access for a long time, it boasts the most diverse range of flora and fauna among the Han River’s estuary wetlands.

Ilsan Lake Park  (731 Hosu-ro, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do)

Ilsan Lake Park, which is linked with the Ilsan New City land development project, is a neighborhood park that boasts the country's largest artificial lake. It recreates a natural ecosystem that city residents rarely encounter, and offers diverse landscapes and recreational spaces around the lake.

Majang Lake Suspension Bridge  (313 Gisan-ro, Gwangtan-myeon, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do)
